NEUROFEEDBACK
Connect. Balance. Thrive.
Welcome, we're so glad you're here.
Our mission is to offer Neurofeedback as a non-invasive alternative to mental health care and to provide our clients with personalized treatment plans that are safe and effective. We want our clients leaving each visit with hope and readiness to take on each day in front of them.
WHO WE ARE
We are a multidisciplinary group of professionals experienced in evidence-based approaches with the intention of improving our clients’ quality of life. We use Neurofeedback to read and train brain waves to produce positive change in thoughts and behaviors. It is a natural contemporary mental health option that is drug free and safe for individuals of all ages.
WHAT IS NEUROFEEDBACK?
Neurofeedback uses advanced brain training technology to specifically locate the areas of your brain related to your clinical symptoms. A personalized treatment plan is developed from those evaluations to reconnect dis-regulated neural connections utilizing audio and visual cues. Together, we target the root of the issues by recording, analyzing, monitoring, and then training brainwaves and brain connectivity.
COUNSELING
We also offer a combination of Neurofeedback Therapy and Counseling. These two interventions complement each other and allows for the most effective and long-lasting results. Our licensed and accredited counselors are passionate and experienced in mental health. Our goal is to add balance to your mind and life.

RESEARCH
We have watches that count each step we take, phone applications that tally each calorie swallowed and burned, "smartshirts" that measure our heart rate and respiration. We are living in an era of personal data tracking — yet many experts say we're missing a huge opportunity to use our body's data to change our physiological activity for the better.
